Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Akron, OH is seeking a Back of House Team Member. This role offers both full-time and part-time positions with morning shifts starting as early as 5:30am and pay ranging from $14.00 to $15.50 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble and present food safely and quickly to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed and keep area neat and orderly.
• Stay updated on new products and changes; adapt as required.
• Follow safety rules and dress code; complete opening/closing tasks as assigned.

Position Type:

• Full-time and Part-time
• Morning shift, 5:30am. 6:00am, 6:30am start
• $14.00 - $15.50/hour based on experience and availability (promotions and raises available based on performance)

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up‑to‑date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training and stay up‑to‑date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
