White Lodging presents an opening for an experienced barista at Yacht Club, a signature seafood restaurant within Hotel Trinity, Austin. You will help launch and operate a fine-dining beverage program, delivering polished guest service in a luxury setting.

Join a team at a new luxury boutique hotel, opening late 2026, with a focus on seafood-forward dining, top-tier beverages, and a social, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, social personality.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and product quality.
• Previous experience is a plus but not required.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Food Handlers and TABC Certification Required

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by preparing quality beverages.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu items and seasonal offerings; suggest options to guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace; perform opening and closing duties.
• Process all payment methods accurately and efficiently.
• Present a professional appearance and act as an ambassador of the venue.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
