White Lodging’s The Yacht Club at Hotel Trinity in downtown Austin is seeking experienced Server Assistants to join the opening team. You’ll help deliver polished, seafood-forward service in a luxury setting, with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Ensure all tables are clean and properly set and food running as needed.
Work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers; assist with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery.
Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality, always exhibiting professionalism and friendliness.
Learn to operate the Host Stand.
Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes, accurately answering any guest questions.
Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned.
Process all payment methods.
Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
Perform other duties as assigned.

The Yacht Club anchors the hotel's ground floor, offering a refined yet approachable take on coastal cuisine — high-quality fresh seafood and oyster bar experiences complemented by thoughtful steakhouse offerings, seasonal menus, and an elevated wine and beverage program. We are seeking experienced Server Assistants to be a part of the opening and ongoing operations of The Yacht Club. This is a rare opportunity to open a fine‑dining restaurant from the ground up — at one of Austin's most exciting new hospitality concepts.
