Responsibilities

• Lead the team through dinner and late-night business.
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout the shift.
• Monitor food quality and product consistency.
• Manage labor and staffing throughout the shift.
• Complete necessary prep and stocking for the next day.
• Keep the restaurant clean and organized throughout the night.
• Begin closing procedures at the appropriate time.
• Ensure all dishes, equipment, floors, counters, bathrooms, and work areas are properly cleaned.
• Take out trash and complete required cleaning tasks.
• Restock the restaurant for the opening team.
• Properly store and secure food and equipment.
• Complete closing paperwork and cash‑handling procedures.
• Ensure all employees complete their assigned closing responsibilities.
• Inspect the restaurant before leaving.
• Secure doors, equipment, and the building according to company procedures.
• Complete all required closing checklists.
• Remain at the restaurant until all closing duties and cleaning are finished.
