This is a hands‑on leadership role that requires strong communication, urgency, and the ability to manage both people and operations during dinner, late‑night, and weekend shifts.

Requirements / Responsibilities

Shift Manager Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the team during shifts
• Ensure fast, accurate, and high‑quality food production
• Coach employees and maintain a positive work environment
• Handle customer service issues professionally
• Manage labor, food quality, and shift execution
• Assist with inventory, prep, and stocking
• Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are followed
• Help open and close the restaurant
• Jump into any position when needed — pizza making, phones, ovens, dishes, or customer service

Availability Requirements

• Must be available nights and weekends
• Late‑night availability is required
• Shifts may run as late as 11 PM during the week or 1 AM or later on weekends
• Closing availability is highly preferred
