Requirements/Responsibilities
Shift Manager Responsibilities:• Lead and supervise the team during shifts• Ensure fast, accurate, and high-quality food production• Coach employees and maintain a positive work environment• Handle customer service issues professionally• Manage labor, food quality, and shift execution• Assist with inventory, prep, and stocking• Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are followed• Help open and close the restaurant• Jump into any position when needed — pizza making, phones, ovens, dishes, or customer serviceAvailability Requirements:• Must be available nights and weekends• Late-night availability is required• Shifts may run as late as:o 11PM during the weeko 1AM or later on weekends• Closing availability is highly preferred
