Responsibilities

• Manage labor, food quality, and shift execution.
• Assist with inventory, prep, and stocking.
• Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are followed.
• Help open and close the restaurant.
• Jump into any position when needed - pizza making, phones, ovens, dishes, or customer service
