Job summary

The LINQ Bar is opening soon in Las Vegas and seeking experienced hospitality leaders to join the opening team as Assistant Managers, Shift Managers and Shift Leads. You will support daily bar operations, lead shifts, and ensure a welcoming guest experience.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in fast-paced bar/restaurant settings, strong customer service, and the ability to train and motivate teams. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Experience leading bar/restaurant teams in a hospitality setting.
• High-volume hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Dependable, professional and organized.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with daily bar operations
• Lead the team during assigned shifts and ensure smooth operations
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns
• Coach, train and develop bartenders, servers, barbacks and other team members
• Help maintain appropriate staffing levels and support scheduling needs
• Monitor service, sales and team performance
• Ensure proper cash handling and company procedures are followed
• Support inventory management and help minimize waste and loss
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with applicable requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment
• Ensure company standards, policies and procedures are followed
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Communicate effectively with management and team members
• Lead by example and help create a positive, energetic team culture
