Seattle University invites applications to fill multiple open rank 9-month tenure-track Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor faculty to begin August 1, 2027. Position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Tenure‑Track faculty have the responsibility to actively pursue and participate in activities related to teaching, scholarly activity and service and institution‑building.

Qualifications

• A record of teaching excellence
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion
• Strong organizational skills
• Evidence of a beginning or sustained program of research with peer‑reviewed publications
• An earned research, practice or education doctorate from an accredited program (degree must by awarded by August 1, 2027 for appointment to this track)
