Seattle University invites applications to fill multiple open rank 9-month tenure-track faculty positions in the College of Nursing and Health Sciences to begin August 1, 2027. Positions will be at Assistant, Associate, or Professor level, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Faculty will teach in both pre-licensure and post-licensure programs in person and virtually, including clinical practice and simulation.

Formación

• Earned research, practice or education doctorate; degree must be awarded by Aug 1, 2027.
• Evidence of a beginning or sustained program of research with peer‑reviewed publications.
• Nurse applicants: RN licensure in Washington; ARNP licensure by start date.
• A record of teaching excellence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Instruct in both in-person and virtual classrooms across pre-licensure and post-licensure programs.
• Engage in clinical practice and simulation settings across nursing specialty areas.
• Contribute to competency-based education and simulation initiatives.
• Mentor faculty, doctoral students, and early career scholars; engage in interdisciplinary work.
