We welcome candidates with an earned doctorate in social work or arelated social or health science discipline who demonstrate:

• A strong, externally fundable research agenda with high-impactscholarly potential
• A commitment to excellence in teaching, mentorship, and studentsuccess
• A dedication to advancing equity and justice throughanti-oppressive and anti-racist approaches
• A collaborative spirit that advances interdisciplinary researchand community-engaged partnerships

We are particularly interested in scholars whose work focuseson:

• Practice or services research with low-income or underservedindividuals and families
• Health and behavioral health disparities
• Child welfare, IPV, and trauma work
• Community-engaged and translational research that bridgesresearch, practice, and policy
• Advanced clinical, intervention, and/or researchmethodology

A PhD in social work or similar fields plus an MSW with at leasttwo years of practice experience is required for teaching in theMSW program. Senior candidates (Associate/Full Professor) shoulddemonstrate a record of leadership, sustained extramural funding,and a commitment to mentoring junior faculty and fosteringinclusive academic communities.
