Job summary

Mavenir Systems, Inc. seeks a program leader to drive Open-RAN and Non-Terrestrial Networks programs, owning the full lifecycle from planning to delivery.

You will collaborate with product groups to analyze solutions and manage risks, presenting progress to executives and customer teams on a regular basis. The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field and hands-on experience in RF engineering, Open-RAN, NB-loT, and Jira-based project governance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field plus 1 year of RF engineering experience.
• Experience with Jira for project lifecycle and dashboards.
• Knowledge of Open-RAN architecture and NB-loT in non-terrestrial networks; vendor management and interoperability testing.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning, coordination, and delivery of new technology programs in Open-RAN and NTN.
• Own full lifecycle of cross-functional programs applying NBloT to non-terrestrial networks.
• Present to executives and customer teams on governance and progress.
