ITW is seeking a Manufacturing Operator at our facility in Ohio. The role focuses on safe operation, following process specs, and efficient changeovers to maintain production targets.

You will perform routine quality checks, visual inspections, and document results while collaborating with team leads, maintenance, and other colleagues. Housekeeping and safety compliance are essential components of daily duties.

Qualificações

• Previous Manufacturing experience.
• Machine Operating experience preferred.
• Ability to meet production rates.
• Able to lift approx. 65 pounds continually.
• Possess excellent time management skills.
• Able to meet expectations for safety and attendance.
• Possess an excellent quality record.
• Possess an excellent attitude, communication, and teamwork skills.
