ITW in Ohio is seeking a Production Operator to support manufacturing operations, ensuring safe work practices and consistent quality. You will set up machines, manage changeovers, and perform routine inspections to verify product integrity.

• Previous Manufacturing experience.
• Machine Operating experience preferred.
• Ability to meet production rates.
• Able to lift approx. 65 pounds continually.
• Possess excellent time management skills.
• Able to meet expectations for safety and attendance.
• Possess an excellent quality record.
• Possess an excellent attitude, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Operate safely and identify/correct unsafe situations.
• Follow process specifications for machine setup and production.
• Keep track of changeovers and complete setup/changeovers promptly.
• Perform routine quality checks and enter results.
• Enter quality checks into Route Card and place nonconforming products on hold.
• Monitor to ensure quality products are being produced.
• Communicate with PCs, Team Leads, Process Techs, Maintenance, etc.
• Perform housekeeping.

Job Description:

• Operate safely and identify/correct unsafe situations.

• Complete machine setup/changeover in a timely manner.

• Perform routine quality checks.

• Perform visual quality inspections.

• Enter quality checks into Route Card.

• Place nonconforming products on hold.

• Monitor to ensure quality products are being produced.

• Report maintenance issues as they arise.

• Communicate with PCs, Team Leads, Process Techs, Maintenance, etc.

• Perform housekeeping.
