Qualifications

• Experience with grilling steaks and premium proteins

• Knowledge of different grilling methods (direct heat, smoking, rotisserie)
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Braise and grill meat and vegetables with a high degree of skill
• Assist in maintaining inventory by labeling and replacing key ingredients
• Prepare meat and vegetables by slicing, cutting, and tenderizing as needed
• Coordinate with head chef and wait staff for timely meal delivery
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• Communicate kitchen needs to restaurant manager
• Stock stations with necessary supplies
• Cook menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff
• Follow executive/sous chef instructions
• Clean up station and manage leftovers
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
• Perform other related duties as assigned
