US Digestive Health is seeking an Open Access Scheduler to support scheduling of procedures and office visits for patients. This role, based in Wyomissing PA or at practice offices, reports to the Open Access Supervisor and requires strong customer service and medical terminology knowledge.

The position is non-exempt with full-time hours and potential travel for training. Medical office experience and bilingual abilities are a plus, as are proficiency with EMR and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifikationen

• MA certification required or strongly preferred.
• Medical office experience is preferred.
• EMR background is a plus.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.
• Skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Schedules new and established patients for procedures or office visits based on medical intake screenings.
• Reviews Open Access assessments with patients and helps schedule.
• Collects insurance information, reviews demographics and schedules procedures or office visits.
• Reviews procedure prep information with patients and answers questions.
