Job summary

Upstate Caring Partners seeks a Program Manager of Open Access for CHBS to provide leadership over daily access-to-care functions. You will guide policies, workflows, and staff to ensure timely access in compliance with program standards.

You will oversee staff performing evaluations and assessments, coordinate with the multidisciplinary team, and monitor data-driven performance across locations, ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or CASAC‑A required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with mental health services is desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee walk‑in open access to ensure timely access to services.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly deliverables for oversight areas.
• Communicate potential issues with clinic leadership; escalate when needed.
• Ensure access requirements (CCBHC, OMH, OASAS) are met.
• Manage and develop assigned staff; coach and mentor team members.
• Support outreach and engagement initiatives with the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain data integrity through accurate reporting and data collection.
