Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc. is seeking a visionary Director of Open Access to lead development, growth, and day-to-day operations of a critical entry point into behavioral health services.

You will oversee a team delivering accessible, coordinated care for adults and others with AMI, SMI, and co-occurring conditions, aligning with CCBHC goals and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires a master’s degree in mental health and NH licensure.
• Demonstrated in leadership roles within behavioral health and access services.
• Experience with CCBHC models and integrated care environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, operations, and growth of Open Access services.
• Ensure welcoming, timely, coordinated entry into behavioral healthcare.
• Provide clinical, programmatic, and staff leadership for high performance.
