Upstate Caring Partners in Utica, NY seeks a Program Manager of Open Access for Community Health and Behavioral Services. You will lead daily access functions, oversee initial evaluations and assessments, and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure timely care and regulatory compliance.

You will manage staff, support grant initiatives, monitor performance data, and maintain strong internal and external communications while guiding the walk-in access processes across CHBS locations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or CASAC-A required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Interest and knowledge base in provision of mental health services.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Good personnel and customer service skills.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred.
• Travel is required and NYS Driver’s License is required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee walk-in open access process to ensure timely access to services.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly deliverables for oversight areas.
• Communicate with clinic leadership about potential issues.
• Escalate issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure access requirements (CCBHC, OMH, OASAS) are maintained.
• Oversee staff, train and develop personnel.
• Participate in initiatives based on grants and leadership direction.
• Work with leadership to meet regulatory goals and initiatives.
• Maintain client rights information and assist with sliding fee scale processes.
• Support outreach and engagement to promote ongoing service participation.
• Utilize data to monitor requirements and ensure data integrity.
• Foster positive internal communications and problem resolution.
• Assist client crisis needs with clinical team.
