Job summary

Fox Rent A Car in Ontario is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to act as the hub of daily vehicle management. You will oversee inventory, update statuses, and coordinate repairs with vendors to keep the fleet running smoothly.

In this role you will issue POs, move vehicles for maintenance, manage recalls, and ensure accurate fleet data. A minimum of 2 years in an office setting and car rental experience are preferred; driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in an office setting.
• 2+ years in car rental preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean background.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory of all vehicles.
• Update status of idle and out-of-service vehicles daily.
• Monitor overdue rentals and take action.
• Issue purchase orders to vendors.
• Coordinate movement of vehicles for repair or maintenance.
• Assist with vehicle cycle from arrival to return.
• Vent non-rentable vehicles for repair in a timely manner.
• Respond to email requests promptly.
• Assist with pulling cars for recalls.
• Maintain accurate fleet status including repairs and transfers.

Every day.*** At Fox Rent A Car, our Fleet Coordinators are the organizational hub behind a fleet that runs without gaps.
