Job summary

Fox Rent A Car is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage daily vehicle inventory, coordinate repairs, and maintain clear communication between teams and vendors. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely actions, and proactive issue resolution.

The position requires at least 2 years of office experience and familiarity with the car rental industry, plus a valid driver's license. On-site work with flexibility for shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily inventory of all vehicles.
• Update the status of idle and out-of-service vehicles daily.
• Monitor overdue rentals and take action as needed.
• Issue POs to vendors.
• Coordinate vehicle movements and repairs with vendors or facilities.
• Assist with vehicle cycles including arrival and return.
• Identify recalls and pull affected vehicles from service.

Every day.*** At Fox Rent A Car, our Fleet Coordinators are the organizational hub behind a fleet that runs without gaps.
