Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Associate, Workplace Operations to manage day-to-day operations across a cluster of small offices, primarily in San Francisco. The role partners with Workplace Business Partner to keep spaces ready, coordinate service delivery, and guide peers with practical, hands-on support.

You will report to the Workplace Experience Manager, work on-site Monday through Friday, and contribute to events, sustainability activities, and overall workplace readiness.

Qualifications

• Oversee day-to-day operations across a cluster of small offices
• Coordinate service delivery for workstations, meeting rooms, furniture, lighting, cleaning and supplies
• Provide employee and guest support including visitor and vendor check-in escorts
• Own requests across Jira, Slack and workplace systems from intake to closure
• Coordinate building management, vendors and on-site services, including after-hours work

Responsibilities

• Daily workplace operations and hospitality: conduct site walks and address issues
• Vendor and facilities coordination: manage moves, catering, janitorial, loading docks
• Openings, moves and space improvements: plan seating and equipment with IT, Security, and Design teams
• Peer guidance: support peers, model service standards and ensure coverage during PTO or peak periods
• Procedures and records: document workflows and procurement processes
