Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, hospitality, and onsite event coordination within a dynamic corporate environment.

This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, guests, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring a seamless workplace experience through exceptional customer service, event support, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of workplace experience or related roles.
• Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.
• Experience supporting meetings, events, or workplace operations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Self-starter with proactive problem-solving.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support daily workplace operations and hospitality services
• Coordinate room setups, meeting space configurations, and event readiness
• Assist with catering setup, hospitality stations, and food and beverage service
• Perform workplace walkthroughs to ensure spaces remain organized and presentation-ready
• Support guest check-in, visitor management, and badge distribution processes
• Serve as a liaison between workplace teams, vendors, and event stakeholders
• Monitor vendor performance and elevate operational issues as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, guests, and visitors
• Assist with event logistics, guest flow management, and operational execution
• Maintain workplace standards, safety protocols, and service excellence initiatives
• Support Front of House operations and respond to guest requests
• Coordinate resources and equipment needed for meetings and events
• Conduct event readiness reviews and post-event operational assessments
