Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, workforce management, recruiting, HR, customer service, operations preferred.
• Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience handling employee relations issues, workplace incidents, or sensitive personnel matters preferred.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with reporting, timekeeping systems, and data management is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling employee, client, and risk-related matters.
• Flexibility to support additional days, shifts, or business needs as required is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite representative and primary liaison between employees and the customer
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service
• Handle employee questions, concerns, coaching conversations, and issue resolution
• Monitor attendance and manage employee punches within the timekeeping system
• Investigate and resolve timekeeping discrepancies
• Prepare and distribute attendance, staffing, performance, and operational reports
• Perform data entry and maintain organized employee and operational records
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities
• Manage employee offboarding and termination processes
• Respond to workplace accidents, injuries, and other employee incidents, ensuring proper documentation and timely communication with internal teams
• Assist with workers' compensation, safety, and other risk-management processes as needed
• Handle sensitive employee relations, safety, and risk-related matters with professionalism and confidentiality
• Promote employee engagement, accountability, attendance, and policy compliance
• Partner with branch and field leadership to support workforce planning, retention, and operational success
