Descrição da oferta de emprego

HireArt is looking for an organized, resourceful, and client-focused Operations Site Lead to run the day-to-day operations of a contract workforce program at a key client site. You'll be the client's onsite partner, working in close partnership with the account manager as one of the faces of HireArt, helping the client achieve their goals. A strong worker experience is a big part of how you'll get there, through thoughtful onboarding, training, support, and engagement.

As an Operations Site Lead, you’ll:
  • Serve as the client's primary onsite point of contact, building a strong working relationship with site leadership and keeping program operations aligned with their goals, policies, and priorities.
  • Support new and emerging client sites remotely and through occasional onsite visits.
  • Manage worker performance, behavior, and attendance on the client's behalf through coaching, feedback, performance reviews, documentation, and termination, as needed.
  • Ensure first-day readiness by sharing first-day details with new hires, then welcoming them onsite and providing orientation support.
  • Track and report on program health, including headcount, attendance, and retention, and share insights and recommendations with the client.
  • Field and resolve payroll, timesheet, PTO, benefits, and other worker inquiries via Zendesk, Slack, in-person, and phone while meeting all internal response and resolution SLAs.
  • Implement and own scalable program processes and resources, using automation and AI tools where they help, that balance client policies, procedures, and satisfaction with a positive worker experience.
  • Guide the development of worker engagement and support initiatives that improve retention and productivity.
You’ll be successful in this role if you can:
  • Work in a highly autonomous and high-trust environment, using effective time management and prioritization skills to your advantage.
  • Demonstrate excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate in a highly effective and professional manner across levels, including with client leadership.
  • Hold workers accountable to client standards while treating every person with compassion, empathy, respect, and kindness.
  • Tactfully and confidently provide constructive feedback and handle difficult conversations.
  • Anticipate needs, think critically about business issues, and make thoughtful recommendations quickly and efficiently.
  • Spot repetitive or manual work and find ways to simplify, innovate, and automate it.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience managing or directly supporting a workforce of 50+ in Operations, Program Management, HR, or Workforce Management.
  • 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role as a point of contact or liaison.
  • Tech savvy and comfortable working in a modern operations tech stack, including Google Workspace, Slack, and AI tools.
  • Approximately 20% travel required for visiting other client sites.
You’ll Really Stand out if you have:
  • 5+ years of Operations, Contingent Labor Program Management, HR, Workforce Management, or Recruiting experience.
  • Experience in the robotics space.
  • Familiarity with contingent labor vendor management systems (VMS), HRIS platforms, Zendesk, or other common workforce platforms.
  • Experience building automations or AI-assisted workflows (for example, Google Apps Script, Zapier, or AI agents).
HireArt offers a benefits package that includes:
  • Allowance for medical insurance through HireArt's Individual Healthcare Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA)
  • 100% employer-covered insurance premiums for dental, and Vision insurance for employee, spouse, and children
  • Life and disability insurance
  • Work-from-home stipends, including:
    • Workspace/home office set-up
    • Company supplied Apple laptop
    • Phone/internet stipend
  • Uncapped PTO, including paid office holidays
  • 401(K) through Fidelity

Company description

HireArt is building the first full-stack platform for businesses to source, employ, and manage contract W-2 employees. Our employment platform is the world’s first fully-featured HRIS for the contract W-2 workforce, a massive and growing segment of the labor market. We combine hiring and employment in a single platform, creating a magical experience for businesses: search, interview, make offers, and manage workers, all in one place. Once on board, HireArt provides contract workers with a caring home base that comes with all of the benefits & support associated with permanent employment.

Our goal is to enable businesses to focus on the people who make up their workforce, instead of the tools to manage it. That's why we've developed a transparent and simple to use end-to-end platform that provides contract work opportunities with the security and stability of traditional W-2 employment while still giving businesses the flexibility they need to scale their workforces.
