Balanced Diversity is seeking a highly organized Onsite Employee Manager to support our workforce operations at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). This hands-on role requires coordinating recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, HR, payroll, and employee needs to keep a large onsite operation running smoothly.

You will be the primary onsite point of contact for employees, coordinating hiring, badging, timekeeping, and staff coverage while maintaining confidential information and delivering

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling for a 24/7 operation.
• Ability to handle confidential HR and payroll information with professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of employees
• Manage employee schedules and coverage for a 24/7 operation
• Coordinate LAWA badging, background checks, and training
• Track timecards, attendance, overtime, and payroll issues
• Support HR processes including coaching and performance management
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
