Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. seeks an experienced Attendance Control Manager in Los Angeles to oversee policy enforcement for all workgroups, coordinate with payroll, and drive compliance with union agreements and regulations.

You will develop schedules, monitor overtime, and prepare reports on attendance trends. Responsibilities include onboarding, fingerprinting, drug testing and TSA clearance coordination, and creating procedures to improve staffing and efficiencies.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.
• Experience in airline operations or similar environment favored.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Attendance Control policy enforcement for all workgroups.
• Oversees recruitment for multiple airline service areas and onboarding.
• Analyze and report pay trends; manage overtime reduction.
• Coordinate with Payroll to ensure correct pay coding.
• Coordinate injury, leave, and return-to-work processes.
• Develop and manage work schedule bids, including vacations.
• Create and enforce administrative and operational policies.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets for budgets, headcount, overtime, attrition.
• Investigate and resolve employee discrepancies.
• Develop operational managers and supervise staff groups.
• Ensure compliance with state laws and company requirements.
• Audit billing and compliance items related to finances.
• Prepare unemployment claim hearings; coach agents and staff.
• Work in a team environment, prioritize deadlines and objectives.
