The Judge Group is seeking a workers’ compensation specialist to support the corporate Safety team. This onsite role covers nationwide distribution centers with a focus on administrative and operational tasks, claim reporting, and performance metrics.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience with workers’ compensation, OSHA standards, and return-to-work programs within distribution or manufacturing environments. This position is based in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago near Lockport.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of experience in workers’ compensation, safety, HR, risk management, or related function.
• Knowledge of workers’ compensation claims processes, incident reporting, and return-to-work programs.
• Experience working with insurance carriers, TPAs, or claims partners.
• Knowledge of OSHA recordkeeping and safety-related claims management.
• Background in distribution, manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics environments.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative and operational support for workers’ compensation programs and claims.
• Ensure timely claim reporting and accurate documentation by local teams.
• Support claim monitoring, stakeholder communication, and coordination with insurance carriers and TPAs.
• Develop and distribute workers’ compensation reports and program metrics.
• Assist with return-to-work and light-duty programs.
• Identify process improvements and support regulatory compliance.
