Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. seeks an EHS Specialist for our manufacturing facility to drive a strong safety culture and ensure environmental compliance on the plant floor. This hands-on role collaborates with employees, supervisors, and leadership to maintain a safe, compliant workplace.

You will conduct safety inspections and audits, lead risk assessments, and manage PPE, LOTO, and contractor safety requirements. Training, waste management, and emergency response support are key elements of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; AS/BS preferred.
• 3+ years in manufacturing or industrial setting if no degree.
• EHS-related degree preferred; strong communication and organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain presence on the production floor and promote safety.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Ensure PPE, LOTO, contractor safety, and environmental compliance.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support waste management, emergency response, and continuous improvement.
