Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive workers' compensation experience.
• Experience with multi-state claims, TPAs, and cost containment.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Experience with RMIS/HRIS systems and claim workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day administration of multi-state workers' compensation claims.
• Serve as internal contact for claim activity and coordinate with TPAs, carriers, and providers.
• Review status, reserves, and action plans; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate return-to-work programs and accommodations with HR and managers.
• Monitor costs, trends, and reporting; support budgeting and renewals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate records.
