Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on Workday experience in functional configuration and support.
Strong knowledge in Core HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation.
Experience with Workday reporting, reports and calculated fields.
Understanding of security, testing, and production support.
Excellent communication with HR and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, test, and enhance Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation.
Support hiring, staffing, lifecycle events, and compensation processes.
Develop and maintain custom and advanced Workday reports and dashboards.
Manage daily Workday helpdesk tickets, prioritize and resolve issues.
Coordinate releases, reviews, and stakeholder communication.
