Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance independently.
• Lead teams on routine tasks and unsupervised maintenance.
• Act as a subject matter expert for technician roles.

Skills

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to follow instructions

Knowledge of schematics and electrical components

Deep competency in generation theory

Knowledge of electrical safety and arc flash standards

Advanced working knowledge of wind/solar best practices
