Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Onsite Health and Wellness Coach to support county employees by promoting sustainable lifestyle changes. You will assess health histories, design personalized wellness plans, and provide ongoing guidance in a collaborative worksite environment.

This full-time role requires a Master’s degree in health sciences or related field, a Health Coach certification, and at least 3 years of coaching experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in health coaching, motivational interviewing, or related roles.
• Active Health Coach certification or related credential (NBHWC/ACSM/AFPA/Wellcoaches).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote).
• Must reside in Miami-Dade County or Broward County and be onsite up to five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial assessments and creates personalized wellness plans.
• Educates members on healthy lifestyles, nutrition, and wellness topics.
• Provides ongoing support and accountability to help clients stay on track.
• Designs and delivers wellness presentations and workshops at worksites and virtually.
• Educates and refers customers to available health resources and Aetna Care Management programs.
