Evernorth Workplace Care offers health care delivery services with a focus on proactive, personalized coaching for employees in Center Valley, PA. An onsite Health Coach will assess needs, build individualized plans, and help clients achieve evidence-based goals while promoting healthier behaviors.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of clinical coaching, a health-related bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), CPR/BLS certification, and strong presentation skills. RD license preferred; CHES bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills with 3+ years in health coaching, health education and health promotion.
• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Registered Dietitian license preferred and CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite face-to-face customer coaching and support.
• Identify customer health education needs through targeted health assessments.
• Collaborate with customers to establish health improvement plans and goals.
• Empower customers to become active participants in their health outcomes.
• Lead health and wellness promotional activities and may conduct biometric screenings.
