Job summary

Ramp Health is seeking an Onsite Health & Wellness Coach for Bridgeton, NJ. This full-time role requires local travel to client sites to promote physical activity, healthy lifestyles, and injury prevention through proactive coaching.

You will engage employees through screenings, education, and tailored wellbeing plans, collaborating closely with HR and safety teams while ensuring HIPAA-compliant data handling and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field.
• Strong injury prevention background for construction, manufacturing, and transportation settings.
• Time management and ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with proactive outreach to new people and populations.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to coach individuals as well as groups.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives promoting physical activity and wellness.
• Lead group sessions such as safety talks, stretch and flex programs, lunch and learns, seminars, and presentations.
• Conduct blood pressure biometric screenings and coaching conversations for lifestyle modification.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant data entry and collaborate with client HR and safety teams.
