Ramp Health is seeking an Onsite Wellness Coach to engage employees in health and wellbeing initiatives at the client site in Round Rock, Texas. This role focuses on wellness coaching, injury prevention, and proactive engagement to support healthier lifestyles and safer workplaces.

Responsibilities include delivering health and safety sessions, conducting screenings, and connecting employees with client resources.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required or in progress; pursue National Board Certification for Health and Wellness Coaching.
• Bachelor's degree or higher desired in health sciences or related field.
• Strong time management and ability to work proactively in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; confident in sharing health information.
• Comfortable with proactive outreach to new people and populations.

Responsabilités

• Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives promoting physical activity, healthy weight management, mindfulness, tobacco cessation, and other wellbeing activities.
• Coordinate and lead group engagement sessions (safety talks, lunch and learns, seminars) to educate and motivate employees.
• Conduct blood pressure checks and body composition testing; coach employees based on results.
• Identify and refer employees to health and safety resources to reduce risk and enhance wellbeing.
• Provide coaching and resources aligned with client benefits and programs; maintain engagement levels.
• Collaborate with HR, benefits, and safety teams to integrate wellness initiatives into the client culture.
