Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of construction management, field engineering, inspection, or owner's representative experience on water/wastewater/utility/heavy civil projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, plans, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, clients, and project teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites throughout Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite construction management and field coordination support for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Monitor contractor performance, progress, and compliance with project requirements.
• Support construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Participate in project meetings and prepare progress reports and meeting documentation.
• Assist with schedule reviews, cost tracking, forecasting, and project controls activities.
• Promote and enforce safety, quality, and environmental compliance requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and document project progress.
• Support project closeout activities, punch list management, and commissioning efforts.
