Job summary

Jacobs in Loveland, Colorado is seeking a Construction Manager to lead onsite management of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You’ll coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors, track progress, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in construction-related fields, 3+ years’ experience, OSHA 30 certification, and proficiency with Procore or similar CM software. Travel within Colorado may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of construction management, field engineering, inspection, or owner's representative experience for water/wastewater or heavy civil projects.
• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
• Experience coordinating with Contractors, clients, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite construction management and field coordination for water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Monitor contractor performance, progress, and compliance with project requirements.
• Support construction administration activities: RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Prepare progress reports and participate in project meetings.
• Assist with schedule reviews, cost tracking, forecasting, and project controls.
