Jacobs in Loveland, CO is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee on-site coordination for water and wastewater infrastructure. You will work with a multi-discipline team to monitor contractor performance, manage project docs, and support scheduling, cost control, and safety compliance.

Travel to project sites across Colorado is required. The role offers growth opportunities within a leading engineering firm and requires 3+ years in related roles, plus a relevant degree or equivalent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of construction management, field engineering, inspection, or owner's representative experience on water/wastewater/utility/heavy civil projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, plans, specifications and safety requirements.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, clients and project teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites throughout Colorado.

Responsabilités

• Provide onsite construction management and field coordination for water/wastewater projects.
• Monitor contractor performance, progress and compliance with project requirements.
• Support construction administration including RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay apps, and documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, contractors and regulatory agencies.
• Participate in project meetings and prepare progress reports and documentation.
• Assist with schedule reviews, cost tracking, forecasting and project controls.
• Promote safety, quality and environmental compliance requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and document progress.
• Support project closeout, punch list, and commissioning efforts.
