Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction including material, methods, plans and specifications; associated safety requirements.
• Required to have and maintain a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle projects—from preconstruction and procurement through close-out—while managing budgets, schedules, and field teams.
• Utilize Primavera P6, Procore and other PM tools to plan, execute and monitor projects.
• Oversee day-to-day field activities, ensure safety, quality, and adherence to contracts and schedules.
