Qualifications

• Excellent mechanical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently or with project teams remotely.
• Proficient with computers for reports, manuals, and communications.
• Experience with PLC control systems, programming and troubleshooting preferred.
• Experience in water treatment operations or industrial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, maintain, repair and optimize industrial equipment performance.
• Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on various systems.
• Perform analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, etc.).
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals; ensure supplies available.
• Create and maintain site paperwork and detailed technical summaries.
• Assist with mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment (motors, PLCs, VFDs, valves, pumps).
• Partner with customer management to advise on system performance and troubleshooting.
• Conduct maintenance and calibration activities.
• Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications.
