Kelly Services is seeking an Installation/Onsite Service Representative in Baytown, Texas. The role supports water treatment assets, provides hands-on maintenance, and trains field service staff within a rotating shift schedule.

This contract-to-hire position emphasizes reliability, safety, and customer-focused problem solving. The role requires a technical background in science or engineering, plus relevant industrial experience, and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; associate or bachelor in science, engineering, STEM, or related technical field; or technical certificate in instrumentation, controls, or related discipline, with at least two years of relevant experience preferred.
• Service, maintenance, or operations experience in an industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required site access credentials; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Perform scheduled and corrective maintenance on equipment staged for deployment or refurbishment.
• Support equipment uptime objectives and readiness requirements.
• Assist with equipment preparation, testing, and mobilization during peak-demand periods.
• Conduct hands-on training for Field Service Representatives and operator-level personnel on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.
• Maintain inventories of spare parts, consumables, and chemical stocks; initiate replenishment orders.
