ServiceMaster Restore E11550 - Haven Restoration Group is seeking a Water Restoration Technician to monitor, inspect and complete water restoration tasks, ensuring drying, demolition and restoration activities comply with policy. Prepare and review documentation for insurance reimbursement and explain processes to customers in person.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, valid driver's license, strong communication, and basic data entry on mobile software; WRT/ASD certifications are

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in restoration or construction not required but preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with satisfactory driving record.
• Good verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with mobile data entry and reading product labels.
• Punctual and able to meet deadlines.
• Certifications preferred: WRT, ASD.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves work orders and ensures proper equipment and supplies are loaded for the job.
• Explains processes and next steps to customers in person using printed materials.
• Completes assigned jobs per company procedures with quality control.
• Performs water damage repair including extraction, pack-out, demolition as directed.
• Handles equipment and reports malfunctions to supervisor.
• Inspects completed jobs, obtains customer signatures, and requests payments when needed.
• Monitors daily drying plans and adjusts based on meter readings.
• Resolves customer issues and communicates with supervisor and staff.
• Prepares documentation and photos to ensure insurance reimbursement.
