Job summary

Envita Solutions is seeking a Program Manager, Onsite to identify, implement and maintain waste reduction programs for customers. The role oversees onsite labor workforce and coordinates with the customer's Environmental Department.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, preferred Bachelor's degree, 1+ years in waste management and 3+ years supervising a team, plus strong Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Required High School or Equivalent.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree Four year degree.
• Experience Qualifications Preferred 1+ years waste management, recycling, environmental or TWM.
• Preferred 3+ years experience in supervising or leading a team or hourly labor workforce.
• Required 1+ years Experience balancing and delivering multiple projects in a deadline driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Conduct Daily Site inspections
• Conduct weekly RCRA inspections
• Work with customers and vendors to implement improved waste management procedures
• Manage recycling programs
• Schedule all waste shipments including all recycling materials
• Prepare monthly waste activity reports for clients as requested
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company’s core values, competencies, and skills.
