Job summary

Envita Solutions is seeking an On-Site Program Manager to identify, implement, and maintain waste reduction and reuse programs at client sites. You will work closely with the customer's Environmental Department to drive sustainable waste practices.

The role requires coordinating inspections, managing shipments, and tracking documentation while building strong relationships with clients and supplier partners. This position is primarily on-site in Canton, OH.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Four year).
• 1+ years waste management industry experience.
• Preferred 5+ years in waste management industry.
• Experience balancing and delivering multiple projects on deadline.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health & safety as top priority following policies.
• Conduct daily site inspections.
• Perform weekly RCRA inspections.
• Collaborate with customers and vendors to improve waste management procedures.
• Manage recycling programs.
• Coordinate 90 day accumulation building.
• Schedule all waste shipments.
• Track documents and reports for Environmental Department.
• Oversee supplier subcontractors.
• Meet with supplier partners to discuss disposal opportunities and pricing.
• Prepare monthly waste activity reports for clients.
• Additional duties aligned with company values.
