Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years waste management experience.
• 3+ years supervising a team.
• 1+ years managing multiple projects under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times.
• Conduct daily site inspections.
• Conduct weekly RCRA inspections.
• Collaborate with customers and vendors to improve waste management procedures.
• Manage recycling programs.
• Oversee 90 day accumulation building.
• Schedule all waste shipments including recycling materials.
• Maintain document tracking and reporting to Environmental Department.
• Oversee supplier subcontractors for Envita Solutions.
• Negotiate pricing and review approvals with supplier partners.
• Prepare monthly waste activity reports for clients.
• Additional duties aligned with company values.
