You must understand EPA/DOT/OSHA rules, operate equipment, lift up to 60 pounds, and use PPE. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of EPA, DOT and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and wear PPE.
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies and safe practices.
• Train employees on by-product management processes and recycling capacities.
• Supervise shift employees and provide coverage for the Shift Supervisor when needed.
• Sort and process wastes and by-products in a fast-paced environment safely and per regulations.
• Operate motorized equipment, forklifts, balers, and related tools.
• Follow EPA, DOT and OSHA regulations and company policies as applicable.
