Qualifications

• 10+ years in warehouse, manufacturing, or operations.
• Experience supervising hourly employees in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory, safety and quality processes.
• Experience with scheduling and workforce planning systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse employees to achieve safety, quality, and productivity objectives.
• Plan daily workloads, staffing assignments, and operational priorities.
• Conduct safety observations, SOP audits, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using problem-solving and process optimization techniques.
