Job summary

Odyssey Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Shreveport, LA to lead four facilities and oversee warehouse operations, safety, and customer service. You will supervise supervisors and forklift operators, ensure compliance, and drive efficient processes.

This onsite role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with possible Saturdays and up to 10% travel. Reports to the Director, Warehouse Operations. Competitive pay with bonus potential available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Five+ years in a similar role.
• Three+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience with forklifts, cranes, RFID scanners.
• Microsoft Office literacy required.
• AS400 systems and OSHA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervisors and leads to ensure daily operations and safety requirements.
• Maintain compliance with Federal, State, local, and OSHA regulations.
• Track maintenance and inspection of operating equipment.
• Document training programs and certifications.
• Organize material and manage inventory within the warehouse.
• Coordinate customer communication and issue escalation.
• Lead safety meetings and trainings per HSSE directives.
• Monitor attendance, vacations, and performance.
