Job summary

Odyssey Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support daily operations, loading and unloading freight, receiving and staging, and moving goods within the facility. You will operate forklifts and RF scanners while maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, can work independently yet as part of a team, and adheres to safety procedures. Onsite schedule is 7am–4pm with no travel requirements and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, freight handling, shipping/receiving, or logistics preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and warehouse equipment.
• Ability to work independently while contributing within a team.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability and time management.

Responsibilities

• Freight handling, loading/unloading, receiving and staging inbound/outbound freight.
• Inspect freight for damages, verify counts and documentation.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners and other equipment safely.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth freight movement and workflow.
